are you drinking your green tea?

Green tea has so many benefits.  From fighting cancer to lowering cholesterol, to speeding up your metabolism to detoxifying your body.  It’s easy to fix.  It’s delicious to drink.  Try a cup the morning when you wake or in the afternoon instead of your coffee pick me up.  You can drink it plain or add a little stevia or coconut milk to spice it up.  :-)

    Great Post! I love green tea and its amazing benefits. Often times I am a bit too busy to sit down and make the tea but I almost always gulp down 2 green tea extract pills!

    I know drinking green tea every day can get tiresome and the taste, boring…So, I decided to jazz it up a little, flavor wise and nutritionally. You can get my recipe at Hope you enjoy it!
