If you’re like me you love starting your day with a smoothie packed with nutrients that you can take with you and enjoy on the go. This one is full of calcium, iron, and Vitamin C (from the kale), healthy fats (from the flax oil), and antioxidants (from the berries).
Ingredients:
3 cups kale
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen blackberries
1 tablespoon flax oil
1 cup almond or coconut milk
1 packet stevia, optional
Instructions:
Blend until smooth and enjoy!
