detoxification starts with your thoughts

It’s time to start listening to your body to take control of your mind and steer it in the right direction. Focus on positive thoughts (ie, “I can”) and get support in what you’re doing! It’s hard to go through a detox when you’re all alone. Or worse, when your peers around you are a very negative influence on your very positive actions. It makes doing the right thing for your body incredibly difficult.

Always listen to your inner voice and what is complaining about and how it is criticizing yourself. Nobody likes a masochist, so be kind to yourself! Awareness is one of the most important tools we can use. Once you’re aware, you can turn around the negative language directed towards yourself and find positive words that will boost you in the right direction. Positive attitude is the first step in the right direction towards rejuvenation.
