is your new year’s resolution this year to take get back in shape?

Every year it’s the same old thing, right? You resolve to lose weight, exercise more, get healthier. You toss out all the foods you love, obsess over the number of calories in every piece of food you put in your mouth, and even consider joining the gym again or a local running team.

You may shed a few pounds or begin to see the definition in your abdominal muscles, but sooner or later, you realize you’re exhausted. It’s just too hard to live this way. You give up, and the weight comes right back. It’s a bummer. You worked so hard and your plan did not work.

Now, I invite you to reconsider.
Do you want something different for yourself this year?
Then, DO something different!

You do not have to diet. It’s time to get that thought out of your head. You simply need to bring your body back into balance so that it can find the weight it needs to be, to help you feel happy, vibrant, and strong. You can to stop counting calories, tracking points, and eliminating entire food groups. You can learn how to nourish yourself to sustain a healthy weight and vibrant energy. And most of all, you can to feel good about eating again!

I’ve created several powerful and full of LOVE online nutrition programs for every one of you who is ready to take back your bodies and have fun doing it. I’m hosting the Strengthen, Nourish, Evolve Nutritional challenge and I want you to join me.

Most people who do my programs lose anywhere between lose 4-5 pounds in the first week and 10-15 pounds by the end of 5 weeks, if they have weight to lose. Some are already at their target weight and just want to go from feeling good to feeling great! But most importantly, this program is about taking care of yourself from the inside out, and that’s the greatest gift of all.

Are you ready? You can sign up right here for any program you want. We’re starting January 20th. Registration ends January 8th. Are you in? :-)
